EVENT RULES
I have read and understood the Event Rules and agree to abide by the terms set out therein.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All participants pledge to raise a minimum £4.20 per person for Midwich Group.
PARTICIPATION
I can confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Wing Walk and that I am physically fit and capable of completing the 32-mile walk. I understand the wing walk will involve flying.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation in the wing walk involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to height and speed, strong wind and physical strain, weather conditions, motion sickness or dizziness, pre-existing medical conditions and general aviation risks.
MEDICAL TREATMENT
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency, and I accept that I am responsible for any medical cost incurred.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
I consent to photographs and videos or other media taken during the wing walk and being used by the organisers and/ or Midwich for promotional purposes.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings and equipment during the wing walk. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
COMPLIANCE
I agree to follow all EVENT instructions, safety guidelines, and directions provided by the wing walk organisers or volunteers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
I understand and agree that by submitting an online registration to participate in this event, I am consenting to receive email and postal communications from Midwich Group. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure emails regarding my participation in the event sent by Midwich Group and/or event organisers (including but not limited to email receipts, tickets and advanced notices) are received by me, and are not redirected to Spam or Junk folders or sent to email addresses I do not have access to.
I acknowledge that my data will only be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to electronic marketing, if I provide specific consent for this during the registration process. I understand that I may unsubscribe from any marketing emails I do opt in to receiving at any time, either by changing the option in my Profile Settings or by calling Midwich Group at any time.
I am aware that Midwich Group will never sell or otherwise distribute my details to any third party, except in regards to providing health and safety data to the event organisers for use in that respect only.
