I'm taking on a tough but exciting challenge - walking 45km from the iconic Big Ben in London to Royal Ascot - to raise vital funds for Stroke Association.
Every five minutes, someone in the UK has a stroke. The effects can be life - changing, not just for the individual but for their families and loved ones too. Stroke Association is there for people when they need it most, offering emotional support, expert guidance through recover, and funding vital research into treatment and prevention.
