Ella is fundraising for Cancer Research UK 

Cancer Research UK is the worlds largest independent cancer research organisation dedication to beating cancer through research. They have discovered new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer that together, has saved millions of lives across the world. Thanks to fundraisers like Ella, the charity have helped double cancer survival rates in the UK since 1971-72.

CRUK want a national commitment to prevent 20,000 cancer deaths every year by 2040. They cannot do this alone. It will take a long-term action by governments, political leaders, health services, universities, charities, industry and the public. 

By donating: 

• £6 could help fun an international trial for one, aiming to improve treatment for brain tumours in children 
• £15 could help fund one of their amazing cancer nurses for one week 
• £30 could help fund a Cancer Research PhD student for a whole month, so they can make the research breakthroughs of the future. 

Every penny matters and it will add up to help the charity discover and commit to long-term research projects and help save more lives.
