The National Three Peaks Challenge is TOUGH! This extreme challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. I'm raising a minimum of £300 for mental health charity, Mind - Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.
Mind won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
