On Friday, 19th June, I'll be taking on an unforgettable challenge - a charity wing walk - all in support of Ty Hafan. That means I'll be strapped to the wing of a biplane, soaring through the air at speeds of 80-110mph! It's a huge step outside of my comfort zone and promises to be an incredible adrenaline rush - but it's all for a cause that truly matters. 

I'm proud to be supporting Ty Hafan, a leading Welsh charity that provides care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families. At the heart of their work is a children's hospice, where families can access respite care, symptom management and emotional support in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The charity also delivers community-based care, supporting children in their own homes and local area, ensuring families receive help wherever they feel most at ease. 

By taking on this challenge, I hope to play a small part in supporting the children and families helped by the charity, while also helping them continue their compassionate mission of ensuring no family in Wales faces a child's short life alone.
