Josh will be fundraising for Dogs Trust 

Dogs Trust is a British animal welfare charity that specialises in the well-being of dogs and is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK, caring for over 15,000 animals each year. Since 1891, the charity have been working for a better future for dogs and the people who love them. When a dog is in distress, they care for them. When a dog needs a home, they find them a loving family. When an owner needs a helping hand the charity are ready to step in. 

In 2023 the charity: 

• Cared for 13,374 dogs throughout their 22 centers across UK and Ireland 
• 10,588 dogs were rehomed, including over 400 'underdogs' who had been with the charity longer than six months. 
• With the help of their committed foster carers 3,650 dogs were fostered through their Home and Freedom programs. 
• 12,806 Dog School classes were run to help dogs and humans understand each other better. 
• Help and advice was given to 5,855 people through their free behaviour support line. 
• 481,209 children were taught about dog safety through workshops and assemblies. 

Fundraisers like Josh, play a crucial role in supporting Dogs Trust and allowing them to care for thousands of dogs each year. Your donations will help rehoming centers and staff by covering the costs of maintaining clean and comfortable kennels and supporting staff members including canine carers and behaviour experts. The money will go towards various projects including The Hope Project which aims to help dogs in crisis as increasing face-to-face support and help raise awareness of the charities work.

£30 can go towards giving the dogs the vaccinations they need to stay healthy

£30 can provide a special heat pad to keep the dogs warn during surgery

£100 can pay for all of the care a god needs during the first week with the Dogs Trust
