Fundraising for Wing Walk 2026

On Friday 19th June, I'll be taking on an unforgettable challenge - a charity wing walk - all in support of the Stroke Association. That means I'll be strapped to the wing of a biplane, soaring through the air at speeds of 80-110mph! It's a huge step outside of my comfort zone and promises to be an incredible adrenaline rush - but it's all for a cause that truly matters. 

I'm proud to be supporting the Stroke Association, a charity dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives after a stroke. 

Every year, thousands of people in the UK are affected by strokes, which can have a life-changing impact - not only on survivors, but also on their families and loved ones. The Stroke Association provides vital support services, recovery and rehabilitation guidance, and emotional and practical help when it's needed most. 

They also fund groundbreaking research into stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery, helping to improve outcomes and save lives. Their work ensures that no one has to face the effects of strokes alone. 

By taking on this challenge. I hope to play a small part in supporting the life-changing work of the Stroke Association. Every donation, no matter the size, will help fund vital support services and groundbreaking research, bringing us closer to a world where fewer lives are affected by stroke and more people can make the best possible recovery.
