In October, I will be taking on the challenge of walking 45km from Big Ben to Royal Ascot to raise funds for Stroke Association.
Every five minutes, someone in the UK has a stroke. The effects can be life-changing, not just for the individual but for their families and loved ones too. The Stroke Association is there for people when they need it most, offering emotional support, expert guidance through recovery, and funding vital research into treatment and prevention.
