Nelson's Journey is a Norfolk - based charity that provides vital support to bereaved children and young people. The charity aims to provide every bereaved child in Norfolk with the necessary support to move forward positively. Their services help prevent long-term mental and emotional health issues which can lead to educational challenges, substance abuse and other difficulties.
Nelson's Journey offers tailored support through 1:1 sessions, therapeutic weekends, activity days, and NJ clubs. They empower parents and careers with tools to assit grieving children.
