Marshall Chiinze's Story
The National Three Peaks Challenge is TOUGH! This extreme challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles.
We have 30 very brave participants taking part and each team member will be raising a minimum of £300 for their chosen ‘Gift of AV’ charity.
I've chosen 'Gift of AV' charity, Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research UK (CRUK) was formed 20 years ago, in 2002. Thanks to supporters like you, our pioneering work into how to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer has benefitted millions of lives over the past 120 years.
Over the last 40 years, cancer survival in the UK has doubled. In the 1970s just 1 in 4 people survived their disease for 10 years or more. Today 2 in 4 survive. CRUK’s ambition is to accelerate progress and see 3 in 4 patients surviving the disease by 2034.
Please give whatever you can to support our fight in beating cancer.
