Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research, influence, and information. Their work has helped drive remarkable progress in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, bringing hope to millions of people affected by cancer.
Every day, Cancer Research Uk, funds pioneering scientists, doctors and nurses who are working to better understand cancer and develop new ways to prevent, detect and treat the disease. Thanks to advances in research, cancer survival rates in the UK have doubled over the last 50 years, but there is still so much work to be done.
