Philip is fundraising for Mind
Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales that offers information and advice to people with mental health problems.
The charity:
- Change Minds across England and Wales by making mental health an everyday priority and standing up to injustices in healthcare, in work, in law that make life harder for those with mental health problems.
- Support Minds by offering help whenever you might need it through the information, advice and local services the charity support.
- Connect Minds bringing together an unstoppable network of individuals and communities, because people who care about mental health make a difference.

Mind are making a difference and they will not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect. Over the last few years they have come a long way, but there is still more to be done. The focus on their strategy is on supporting the people disproportionately affected by mental health issues, people from racialised communities, young people and people living in poverty.
