Stretch the legsFundraising for National Three Peaks Challenge / Posted: 02/07/2023
I conquered the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Walk today. It is a 20.20km circular walk around some iconic locations in Welwyn Garden City.
I packed some snacks, popped on my walking boots and off I went with some friends. The weather was perfect, and of course, you know by now there was a pit stop along the way. The route is flat, but I got some steps in 😊 |

Walk to the bluebell woodsFundraising for National Three Peaks Challenge / Posted: 01/05/2023
I did nearly an 11mile walk today to see the bluebells. Obviously there were a couple of pit stops along the way 🍺
Otherwise this week I have been doing my running and HIIT training, I just need to keep it going. |
Training on Scafell PikeFundraising for National Three Peaks Challenge / Posted: 20/04/2023
Today I climbed Scafell Pike via the Corridor Route from Wasdale Head, the weather was spot on, and it was amazing.
This was my practice run to see what I need to work on in my training, and I felt pretty good throughout.
I did, however, find the descent the toughest bit.
Here's to the next stage of training. |

What could be better than a lovely walk? A lovely walk with a pub of course! ...there'll be pubs at the top of each mountain right?! |
