Stretch the legs

I conquered the Welwyn Garden City Centenary Walk today. It is a 20.20km circular walk around some iconic locations in Welwyn Garden City. I packed some snacks, popped on my walking boots and off I went with some friends. The weather was perfect, and of course, you know by now there was a pit stop along the way. The route is flat, but I got some steps in 😊

Walk to the bluebell woods

I did nearly an 11mile walk today to see the bluebells. Obviously there were a couple of pit stops along the way 🍺 Otherwise this week I have been doing my running and HIIT training, I just need to keep it going.
