fitness
after being selected for the Pier to Pier Walk, I have been working hard to improve my fitness and prepare for the 32‑mile challenge. I now swim three times a week alongside regular gym sessions to build my strength and endurance. So far, I’ve achieved 48 lengths of a 25‑metre pool in 45 minutes. Every step of this journey is pushing me both physically and mentally, and your support will help motivate me all the way to the finish line.
