after being selected for the Pier to Pier Walk, I have been working hard to improve my fitness and prepare for the 32‑mile challenge. I now swim three times a week alongside regular gym sessions to build my strength and endurance. So far, I’ve achieved 48 lengths of a 25‑metre pool in 45 minutes.
